The Bombay Stock Exchange, (BSE) on June 27, 2023, issued a notification regarding a reminder for submission of the Cyber Security & Cyber Resilience framework for Stock Brokers/Depository Participants for the period ended March 31.
It is required that all trading members submit the Cyber Security & Cyber Resilience Audit Report for the period ended March 31, 2023, to the Exchange on or before June 30, 2023, in electronic form through BEFS (BSE Electronic Filing System). No documents are to be submitted in physical form.
Members are requested to refer to the User Manual available in Exchange while submitting the report.
Further, also note that the “Cyber Security & Cyber Resilience Audit Report” has to be digitally signed and in the format as prescribed in the guidelines.
The penalty, disciplinary actions would be initiated against the Member for late, non-submission of the Cyber Security & Cyber Resilience Audit Report as mentioned in the document.
It may be noted that submission of the Cyber Security & Cyber Resilience Audit Report shall be considered complete only after Member submits the report to the Exchange and receives an acknowledgement email. Saved reports, and reports submitted by the auditor will not be considered as final submissions to Exchange.
