The National Stock Exchange (NSE) on June 27, 2023, issued a Circular regarding the Withdrawal of the circular on Revision in NIFTY BANK (BANKNIFTY) Expiry Futures and Options Contract Cycle.
The circular shall be effective with immediate effect
The following has been stated namely: -
• This is in modification to Exchange circular no. NSE/FAOP/56967 dated June 06, 2023, regarding Revision in NIFTY BANK (BANKNIFTY) Expiry Futures and Options Contract Cycle.
• It is requested to note that the circular no. NSE/FAOP/56967 dated June 06, 2023, stands withdrawn
• It states that the BANKNIFTY Expiry day will continue to remain as “Thursday” of the expiring contract cycle.
