The Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs (CBIC) on June 27, 2023, issued a notification regarding the Extension to the due date for furnishing FORM GSTR-3B for April and May 2023 for registered persons whose principal place of business is in districts of Kutch, Jamnagar, Morbi, Patan, and Banaskantha in the state of Gujarat
This notification shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from June 20, 2023.
The following has been stated namely: -
• It has extended the due date for furnishing the return in FORM GSTR-3B for the month of May 2023 till June 30, 2023, for the registered persons whose principal place of business is in the districts of Kutch, Jamnagar, Morbi, Patan, and Banaskantha in the state of Gujarat.
