Labour Compliance The Ministry of Labour and Employment (MOL&E) on June 27, 2023, issued a notification regarding the Industrial Disputes Act, of 1947.

The Central Government declares the services engaged in the industrial establishments manufacturing or producing Nuclear Fuel and Components, Heavy Water and Allied Chemicals, and Atomic Energy engaged in the industrial establishments to be a public utility service for the purposes of the Industrial Disputes Act, of 1947 for a period of six months with effect from June 28, 2023.
