Secretarial ComplianceThe Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on June 27, 2023, issued a notification regarding the Change in Trading Holiday for Equity, Equity Derivatives, and SLB Segments and Change in the expiry day of Equity Derivatives.

The following has been stated namely: -

• The trading holiday has been changed for the Equity, Equity Derivatives, and Security Lending and Borrowing (SLB) Segments in June 2023

• The Holiday has been revised to June 29, 2023, from June 28, 2023

• Further, the expiry date in equity derivatives has been changed to June 28, 2023
