The Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on June 27, 2023, issued a notification regarding the Reminder for submission of System Audit of Stock Brokers / Trading members for the period ended March 31, 2023, through BEFS (BSE Electronic Filing System).
The following has been stated namely: -
• The trading members are to submit the System Audit Report for the period ended March 31, 2023, to the Exchange on or before June 30, 2023, in electronic form through BEFS (BSE Electronic Filing System).
• The module for submission has been enabled at http://befs.bseindia.com -> System Audit Report.
• The “System Audit Report” has to be digitally signed and in the prescribed format.
• The table with the penalty/disciplinary actions to be initiated against members for late/non-submission of the System Audit Report has been inserted.
•It may be noted that submission of the System Audit Report shall be considered complete only after Member submits the report to the Exchange and receives an acknowledgment email.
