The National Stock Exchange, (NSE) on June 28, 2023, issued a notification regarding Connectivity - Consolidated Circular.
The Exchange has released a consolidated circular that includes all relevant regulations and instructions regarding network connectivity for members. This circular encompasses previous circulars issued by the Exchange up until June 15, 2023, as well as any new instructions applicable to connectivity.
It is solely a participant's responsibility to procure and maintain their network architecture, assets, and connectivityParticipants should note that the National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSEIL") is only a facilitator of this service. Neither NSEIL nor its directors, managers, officers, employees or agents guarantee the functioning of the connectivity, SLAs, uptime etc. ("Service") provided by Network Integrators and last mile telecom service providersNSEIL does not warrant the accuracy, adequacy or completeness of this Service and expressly disclaims liability for errors or omissions in the same NSEIL does not provide any warranty of an express or statutory nature including but not limited to the warranties of title.
Merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or for any non-performance or interruption or incidents in relation to the ServiceIn no event, will NSEIL be liable for any damages, including without limitation direct or IndirectspecialIncidental, or consequential damages, losses or expenses arising in connection with this Service or use thereof or inability to use by any party, or in connection with any failure of performance, error, omission, Interruption and/or defectParticipants shall take due care and shall solely be responsible for creating back-ups in terms of connectivity with NSEIL.
