Secretarial Compliance The Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on June 30, 2023, issued a Master Circular on Listing Compliance.

The Exchange compiles departmental circulars from time to time into a single document that may be used for a variety of policy and operational issues. As of June 14, 2023, this circular consolidates all prior circulars published by Listing Compliance.
