The Maharashtra Electricity Regulatory Commission, (MERC) on June 08, 2023, notified Maharashtra Electricity Regulatory Commission (Multi Year Tariff) (Second Amendment) Regulations, 2023 to further amend Maharashtra Electricity Regulatory Commission (Multi Year Tariff) Regulations, 2019.
The following has been amended-
•Clause (7)(a) is introduced after Clause (7), “(7)(a) “Auxiliary energy consumption for emission control system” or “AUXe”.
•Clause (11)(a) is introduced after Clause (11), "(11)(a) “Base Rate of Delayed Payment Charge".
•Clause (14)(a) is introduced after Clause (14), “(14)(a) “Capital Cost”.
•Clause (54)(a) and (b) are introduced after Clause (54), “(54 a) “Mine Infrastructure”.
