The Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on June 30, 2023, released a notification Master Checklist for Listing Requirements.
As a service to our esteemed corporate clients and investors at large, the Exchange compiles all the checklists into a single Master Circular and posts this on an annual basis on the website at https://www.bseindia.com/corporates.html. This allows issuers/stakeholders to have access to all the applicable checklists and requirements for listing, further listing, forfeiture, etc., of securities at one location.
The materials and requirements listed in this master checklist are those in effect as of June 30, 2023.
It should be noted that the papers and requirements listed in the Master Circular (checklists) are only the minimum standards; in some situations, additional documents or requirements may be requested as and when deemed required for adequate review and disclosure to the public. Please refer to the "Master Checklist for Listing" paper that is attached.
