Finance & Taxation Compliance The Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT) on June 30, 2023, issued a notification regarding the Amnesty scheme for one-time settlement of default in export obligation by Advance and EPCG authorization.

The last date to apply under the Amnesty Scheme has been extended to December 31, 2023, and the last date for payment of Customs Duty plus interest has been extended to March 31, 2024.
