Finance & Taxation ComplianceThe Central Board of Indirect Customs and Duty (CBIC) on June 30, 2023, issued a notification related to the amendment to notification No. 50/2017-Customs dated June 30. 2017 related to the exemption of customs duty on certain goods when imported to India

This shall come into force on July 01, 2023

The following has been amended namely: -

• In Table S. No. 155 and the entries relating thereto, the following S. No. and entries shall be inserted namely: -

“’155A’, ‘2711191’, ‘27111920’,’2711199’, ‘Liquified Petroleum Gas (LPG)’. ’5%’"
