Finance & Taxation ComplianceThe Ministry of Finance (MoF) on June 30, 2023, issued an amendment to Notification No. 36/2001-Customs (N.T.) dated August 03, 2001, which fixes the tariff values.

The following has been stated namely: -

• Table-1 fixes the value of items such as Crude Palm Oil, RBD Palm Oil, Crude Soya Bean Oil, etc.

• Table-2 fixes the value of items such as Gold, in any form, Silver, in any form, etc.

• Table-3 fixes the value of items such as Areca nuts.

The following shall come into force from July 01, 2023.
