Secretarial Compliance The National Stock Exchange (NSE) on June 30, 2023, issued the Master Circular for Investor Grievance Redressal Mechanism.

The following has been stated namely: -

• The Circulars up to March 31, 2023, have been consolidated

• The circular has been categorized namely: -

1. Part A – Investor Grievances

2. Part B – Arbitration

3. Part C – Circular References

• In case of any inconsistency between the Master Circular and the applicable circulars, the content of the relevant circular shall prevail.
