The Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on July 03, 2023, issued a notification regarding the Quarterly cyber security incident reporting through BEFS only.
The following has been stated namely: -
• Members are to submit the Quarterly Cyber Security Incident reporting through BEFS only within 15 days from the end of the quarter.
• Quarterly Incident Reporting: -
The quarterly report on cyber alerts/attacks for the quarter ending June 2023 shall be submitted through BEFS only. The submission process will be completed when the acknowledgment mail is received.
• Immediate Incident Reporting: -
Immediate Incident Reporting is to be done only if the Designated Officer on receipt of any information with respect to all the Cyber-attacks, threats, cyber-incidents, and breaches experienced shall inform the Exchange within 6 hours of receipt of such information.
