The International Financial Services Centres Authority (IFSCA) on July 03, 2023, issued the Extension of time for providing comments/suggestions on the consultation paper on proposed IFSCA (Payment Services) Regulations, 20XX.
The following has been stated namely: -
• Please refer to para 5 of the consultation paper on the proposed IFSCA (Payment Services) Regulations, 20XX published on the website on June 13, 2023, which states the last date to send in the comments/suggestion to Mr. Supriyo Bhattacharjee at [email protected] and Mr. Vaibhav Sattavan at [email protected]
• It has now been decided to extend the last date for submission of comments/suggestions by the general public and stakeholders to July 26, 2023, from July 05, 2023.
