The Government of Himachal Pradesh on June 27, 2023, notified the draft Himachal Pradesh Motor Vehicles (Second Amendment) Rules, 2023 to further amend the Himachal Pradesh Motor Vehicles Rules,1999.
The amendment is as follows-
•Rule 69-B has been amended which talks about the Special Registration Fee for allotment of registration marks.
If any person, likely to be affected by these draft rules, has any objections or suggestions he/she may send them in writing to the Principal Secretary (Transport) of the Government of Himachal Pradesh within a period of seven days.
