The Government of Tripura on June 16, 2023, revised the Variable Dearness Allowance for different categories of workers engaged in the employment of "Rubber Plantation" in Tripura.
In the Schedule, the Minimum Basic Wage, VDA, and total minimum wage have been mentioned for Tappers/ Processing Workers (for adult Males & Females) and Rubber Plantation Filed Workers (for adult Males & Females)
The Variable Dearness Allowance shall be payable with effect from April 01, 2O23 by the employers to the workers/employees employed in the aforesaid employment.
