The Central Drugs Standard Control Organization (CDSCO) on July 03, 2023, issued a notification regarding the Daily Updation of No. of Batches of Cough syrup samples for Export at Different Laboratories for testing.
It is observed that IPC, Ghaziabad, and CDTL, Mumbai is having more than 100 samples of cough syrup under testing and some of the laboratories are not having any samples for testing, therefore, all the Drug Manufacturers' Associations/Exporters not to submit any sample at IPC, Ghaziabad and CDTL Mumbai at present till all the samples at IPC, Ghaziabad, and CDTL are analyzed and reports are submitted.
Manufacturers/ exporters are requested to verify the website information of CDSCO on a daily basis.
