The Government of Delhi on July 03, 2023, issued a notification declaring the services of Electricity Employees and Engineers of BSES Rajdhani Power Limited (BRPL), BSES Yamuna Power Limited (BYPL), Tata Power Delhi Distribution Limited (TPDDL) & DTL, IPGCL, and PPCL (Govt. Power Corporation), engaged in the supply and distribution of Power, as essential Services.
The following has been stated namely: -
• The Engineers and Electricity Employees (both on the rolls as well as outsourced/contractual) have been prohibited to strike.
• The notification is valid from July 04, 2023, to January 03, 2024.
