Finance & Taxation ComplianceThe Government of Delhi on July 04, 2023, notified the Delhi Excise (Amendment) Rules, 2023 to further amend the Delhi Excise Rules, 2010.

The amendment is as follows-

•In Form P-6 which talks about the Permit For Possession Of Special Denatured Spirit By Industrial Manufacturers

The special condition no. 1 of Form P-6, the words ‘1896 Kilo Litres’ shall be substituted with the words ‘6744 Kilo Litres’.

The special condition no. 2 of Form P-6, the words ‘24,000 Kilo Litres’ shall be substituted with the words’ 64,000 Kilo Litres’.
