The Government of Maharashtra on July 05, 2023, published the Maharashtra Labour Welfare Fund (Amendment) Rules, 2023 to further amend Maharashtra Labour Welfare Fund Rules,1953
The following has been amended namely: -
• In Rule 18 which states “Supersession of the Board” in Rule 18-A in sub-rule (1), in clause (c), for the words “by a deputation of officers from the cadre of Deputy Commissioner of Labour or of Assistant Commissioner of Labour” the words “by a deputation of officers from the cadre not below the rank of Deputy Commissioner of Labour” shall be substituted.
