Commercial Compliance The Ministry of Commerce and Industry (MoCI) on July 05, 2023, notified the Special Economic Zones (Third Amendment) Rules, 2023 further to amend the Special Economic Zones Rules, 2006.

The amendment is as follows –

•After Rule 29A a new Rule 29B has been inserted which specifies the Procedure of import or export or procurement from or supply to the Domestic Tariff Area of the ship by a Unit in International Financial Services Centre.
