The Government of Himachal Pradesh on July 04, 2023, published the Himachal Pradesh Town and Country Planning (Ninth Amendment) Rules, 2023.
The amendment is as follows: -
•In Appendix-1 appended to the said rules, in serial number III, General Regulations, for regulation 22 which talks about the Attic and Basement has been amended.
•In Appendix-8 appended to the said rules, in serial number 5 other imperatives, for regulation(ii)which talks about the habitable nature of the Attic, have been amended.
These rules shall come into force on such date as the Government may appoint in the Official Gazette.
