Finance & Taxation Compliance The Government of West Bengal on June 30, 2023, extends the filing application for settlement under the West Bengal Sales Tax (Settlement of Dispute) Act, 1999.

the Governor is pleased hereby to further extend the last date of filing an application for settlement under section 5 of the West Bengal Sales Tax (Settlement of Dispute) Act, 1999, till July 31, 2023.

This notification shall come into force with immediate effect.
