The Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority (PFRDA) on July 04, 2023, Unveils Technology Vision through TARCH PFRDA.
By utilising the possibilities of contemporary technology, PFRDA hopes to build a more reliable and widespread pension system with the launch of the Technology Architecture (TARCH) project. Through improved stakeholder engagement and the provision of smooth and easy services, technology is playing a critical role in accelerating transformation across industries. PFRDA understands the value of implementing cutting-edge technological solutions to improve its services and products, foster innovation, and meet the changing needs of its stakeholders.
The following are the main features of TARCH:
1. SI will be in charge of creating and executing appropriate solutions, including software licences and cloud services, while ensuring that security standards are met.
2. The solution will offer multilevel authentication, an SMS gateway, digital signature/e-sign integration, auto notifications, and reminders.
3. Agile development process will be used, guaranteeing low reliance on system settings.
4. SI representatives will be on-site at PFRDA facilities to assist with helpdesk, training, incident management, and problem-solving.
