The Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT) on July 10, 2023, issued a notification regarding the revision of General Notes regarding the Import Policy under Schedule 1(Import Policy) ITC (HS), 2022.
The following has been stated namely: -
• The relevant details regarding Food Import Entry Points have been amended to make it in sync with the relevant FSSAI Notifications.
• The revised List A in Appendix-V to Schedule-I(Import Policy), ITC (HS), 2022 has been stated in the notification.
• List B in Appendix-V to Schedule-I(Import Policy), ITC (HS), 2022 is notified in Annexure-I
