Industry Specific Compliance The Real Estate Regulatory Authority, Odisha on June 27, 2023, issued a notification regarding the Submission of Quarterly Progress Reports (QPR) & Annual Audit Certificates (AAC) by promoters in respect of registered Real Estate Projects.

All the registered Real Estate Promoters are directed to submit QPR due for the current quarter ending June 2023 by July 15, 2023.

Similarly, the promoters are also directed to submit the Annual Audit Certificate(AAC) for all the financial years due from the date of registration of the project by July 15, 2023, positively.
