EHS Compliance The Department of Atomic Energy on July 11, 2023, issued a notification regarding the appointment of day for the Atomic Energy (Amendment) Act, 2015.

The Central Government hereby appoints May 15, 2023, as the date on which the provisions of the Atomic Energy (Amendment) Act, 2015 shall come into force.
