The Government of Delhi on July 10, 2023, notified the Draft Delhi Public Distribution System (Transparency and Accountability) Rules, 2023.
The following has been stated-
•Disclosure of records of the Public Distribution System
•Protection of the action taken under these Rules, no suit, prosecution, or other legal proceeding shall lie against any person for anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done under this rule.
Any objection and suggestion received from any person with respect of the said rules, within the expiry of 30 days, will be considered by the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi.
