The Himachal Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission (HPERC) on July 10, 2023, notified the Himachal Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission (Security Deposit) (Fifth Amendment) Regulations, 2023 further to amend the Himachal Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission (Security Deposit) Regulations, 2005.
The amendment is as follows: -
•Regulation 5.- which talks about the Initial security deposit the following has been amended in the table of Sub-regulation (2) of Regulation 5 the following sign and word shall be added in serial No. 1 (b), 2 (b) and 3 (b) under column Type of Category, namely: - “/EV Charging Stations”.
These Regulations shall come into force from the date of their publication in Rajpatra, Himachal Pradesh.
And it is informed all persons likely to be affected to submit any objections or suggestions before the expiry of a period of thirty days.
