Industry Specific ComplianceThe Government of Haryana on July 12, 2023, issued a Policy for the issuance of Letter of Intent (LOI) and No Objection Certificate (NOC) for the following: - 

• Establishment of New self-financing/ (Private) Institutions desirous of starting Nursing Education. 

• For the Addition of New nursing courses in already functional private nursing institutions. 

• For Enhancement of seats in already running institutes offering various nursing courses in the State of Haryana

The policy aims at providing quality Nursing Education in the State of Haryana by way of prescribing comprehensive procedures and regulations in the field of Nursing Education as per the norms to ensure uniform standards of Education and also to allow hospital-based Nursing education primarily and allow functional hospitals to impart nursing education.

The issuance of a No Objection Certificate for the establishment of new Nursing Colleges/Schools/Institutes in the State of Haryana will be a two-stage process i.e. issuance of a Letter of Intent (LOI) and issuance of No Objection Certificate (NOC).
