The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) on July 12, 2023, issued a notification regarding the Merger of Multiple User IDs in the V-2 Portal with the new User ID in V-3 and the deactivation of the old User ID in the V-2 Portal.
The following has been stated namely: -
• Members are unable to create new user IDs in the new MCA21 V3 portal due to existing Ids in the MCA21 V2 portal.
• Members are to approach the respective institutes with their credentials and the institute shall make recommendations for merging multiple existing user IDs with the ID created in the V3 portal or deactivating the old user IDs in V2.
