Industry Specific ComplianceThe Government of Haryana on July 13, 2023, issued a corrigendum under the ‘Haryana Logistics, Warehousing, and Retail Policy, 2019.

The following amended provisions are as stated:

• Setting up of an Inland Container Depot (ICD) Two different Categories of ICD have been defined: - 

o ICD is being set up in the minimum area of 20 to 25 acres, the minimum approach required will be 50 feet. 

o ICD is being set up in an area of more than 25 acres, the minimum approach required will be 60 feet.

• Cold Chain Facility: 

o To set up a cold chain in the State of Haryana with a minimum investment of INR 15 crore, the minimum area requirement shall be 0.5 acre and the minimum approach road shall be 33 ft.

• Retail Hub: 

o The Category of a retail hub from the existing Haryana LWR Policy, 2019 has been deleted.
