The Andhra Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission (APERC) on July 14, 2023, issued the Second Amendment to the Andhra Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission (Fees) Regulation, 2005 to further amend the Andhra Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission (Fees) Regulation, 2005.
The following has been amended namely: -
• This is extended to the whole state of Andhra Pradesh
• Clause 4(i)(a) the heading which states “Fees to be paid with the application for Licence or for Exemption” has been substituted.
• Clause 4(ii) which states “Annual Licence Fee to be paid by Licensees” sub-clause (a), (b), and (c) has been substituted.
• Clause 4(v) which states “Fees to be paid with a petition seeking review of Commission’s orders” sub-clause (a), (b), and (c) have been substituted.
This shall come into force on July 14, 2023
