The Punjab State Power Corporation Limited (PSPCL) on July 17, 2023, issued a notification clarifying the LPS/LPI under the OTS Scheme
This has reference to Commercial Circular no. 22/2023 related to the OTS Scheme
The following has been clarified namely: -
• it has been clarified that as per the orders of the commission, the waiver of LPS/LPI under the OTS scheme will be given to consumers so that maximum consumers can avail of this facility of this OTS scheme and clear the defaulting amount.
• It has been directed to ensure Meticulous compliance with the above instructions
