The Andhra Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission (APERC) on July 14, 2023, issued a notification to seek comments/suggestions/objections on the draft 2nd Amendment to APERC (Terms and Conditions for Determination of Tariff for Transmission of Electricity) Regulation, 2005.
It is hereby informed to all the stakeholders and interested parties that the draft amendment will be finalized after the expiry of 30 days from July 14, 2023. The comments/suggestions/objections on the draft amendment, if any, may be sent by email to [email protected] or by post to the Commission’s office at Hyderabad to reach the undersigned on or before August 14, 2023, for consideration by the Commission.
