Industry Specific Compliance The Andhra Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission (APERC) on July 14, 2023, issued the draft Fifth Amendment to APERC (Terms and Conditions for Determination of Tariff for Wheeling and Retail Sale of Electricity) Regulation 2005.

The following has been stated namely: -

• The draft amendment has been prepared and placed on the website of the Commission

• Comments/Suggestions/Objections if any may be sent by August 14, 2023, to [email protected] or by post to Commission’s office at Hyderabad

• The Draft amendment will be finalized after the expiry of 30 days from July 14, 2023
