Commercial Compliance The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) on July 18, 2023, published a notification regarding the appointment of the date on which the provision related to the Restriction on employment of the Chairperson and other Members under the Competition (Amendment) Act, 2023

The following has been stated namely: -

• It has appointed July 18, 2023, as the date on which the provision of section 12 which states “Restriction on employment of the Chairperson and other Members” of the said Act shall come into force.
