Industry Specific ComplianceThe Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers (MoC&F) on July 17, 2023, issued the Polyester Industrial Yarn (Quality Control) Second Amendment Order, 2023 further to amend the Polyester Industrial Yarn (Quality Control) Order, 2022.

The following amendment has been stated:

• In paragraph 1, in sub-paragraph (3), the following proviso has been inserted, namely: — 

"Provided that nothing in this Order shall apply to less than 500 (five hundred) deniers”

It shall come into force on July 17, 2023.
