The Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers (MoC&F) July 17, 2023, notified the Polyester Continuous Filament Fully Drawn Yarn (Quality Control) Order, 2023 to suppress the Polyester Continuous Filament Fully Drawn Yarn (Quality Control) Order, 2022.
The order states the following: -
•Rule 2 talks about Conformity to standards and compulsory use of Standard Marks.
•Rule 3 talks about the Certification and enforcement authority.
•Rule 4 lays down the Penalty for contravention.
It shall come into force on October 05, 2023.
