Commercial Compliance The Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers (MoC&F) July 17, 2023, notified the Polyester Partially Oriented Yarn (Quality Control) Order, 2023 to suppress the Polyester Partially Oriented Yarn (Quality Control) Order, 2022.

The order states the following: -

•Rule 2 talks about Conformity to standards and compulsory use of Standard Marks.

•Rule 3 talks about the Certification and enforcement authority.

•Rule 4 lays down the Penalty for contravention.

It shall come into force on October 05, 2023.
