The Andhra Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission (APERC) on July 15, 2023, issued a draft to make the 8th Amendment Andhra Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission (Conduct of Business) Regulation 1999.
The following has been amended-
•Amendment to Clause 45-(A) of the Principal Regulation: (i) Clause 45-A (Expected Revenue from charges, and tariff proposals), and clause 45-C (Subsidies) in Chapter IV (A) of the Andhra Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission (Conduct of Business) Regulations,1999 as amended from time to time, shall stand DELETED.
The comments, suggestions and objections on the draft amendment, on or before 5th August 2023 for consideration by the Commission.
