Secretarial ComplianceThe National Stock Exchange (NSE) on July 19, 2023, issued a notification regarding the Extension of timing for uploading requests for voluntary auctions for internal shortages.

The following has been stated namely: -

• The timing for uploading the file for requesting an auction of internal shortages on the settlement date has been extended to 11 a.m. 

• The members would be required to provide the valuation amount in their settlement account by 11 a.m. on the settlement date. 

• The revised timings will be effective from July 21, 2023.
