The Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare (MoA&FW) on July 19, 2023, notified the Fertiliser (Inorganic, Organic or Mixed) (Control) (Sixth) Amendment Order, 2023 further to amend the Fertiliser (Inorganic, Organic or Mixed) (Control) Order,1985.
The amendment is as follows: -
•In the Fertiliser (Inorganic, Organic or Mixed) (Control) Order, 1985 Schedule IV serial number 9 which talks about the Fermented Organic Manure has been amended.
it shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
