The Delhi Electricity Regulatory Commission, (DERC) on July 19, 2023, issued a notification inviting comments and suggestions on Draft DERC (Forum for Redressal of Grievances of the Consumers and Ombudsman) (Second Amendment) Regulations, 2023.
The following has been stated-
•Amendment to Regulation 25 (1) of Principal Regulations which states the Term of Office and conditions of service.
•Amendment to Regulation 9 (1) of First Amendment Regulations which states Term of office and conditions of service.
Stakeholders are requested to forward their suggestions and comments on the said Draft to the Commission latest by July 31, 2023.
