Finance & Taxation Compliance The Central Board of Indirect Customs and Taxes (CBIC) on July 20, 2023, issued a corrigendum to the Notification No. 38/2023-Customs (N.T.) dated May 23, 2023, related to the appointment of places for the purpose of Unloading imported goods and loading export goods

The following has been rectified namely: -

• It states that the " Notification No. 38/2023-Customs (N.T)" 23.5.23 may be read as “Notification No. 37A/2023- Customs (N.T.) dated the 23rd May 2023”.
