The following has been stated namely: -

• The Filing and Disposal of the application has been stated

• The Constitution and Powers of the Empowered Committee have been stated.

• The Constitution and Powers of the Supervisory Committee have been stated

• The Functions of the Nodal Agency have been stated.

It shall be deemed to have come into force on July 03, 2023
