The National Commission for Homoeopathy (NCH) on July 19, 2023, notified the National Commission for Homoeopathy (Recognition of Qualifications of Homoeopathy) Regulations, 2023.
The regulations are as follows: -
•Rule 2 gives the definitions of various terms like Digital Code, Form, and medical qualification.
•Rule 3 talks about the Recognition of medical qualifications awarded by Universities or medical institutions in India.
•Rule 6 mentions the Recognition of medical qualifications of Homoeopathy awarded by medical institutions outside India.
The detailed regulations are given in the document attached below.
They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
