The Delhi Electricity Regulatory Commission (DERC) on July 19, 2023, extended the last date for seeking comments/suggestions/objections on Draft Delhi Electricity Regulatory Commission (Approval of Capital Investment Schemes for Distribution Licensees) Regulations, 2023.
The following has been stated namely: -
• The Draft Delhi Electricity Regulatory Commission (Approval of Capital Investment Schemes for Distribution Licensees) Regulations, 2023 is available on the website of the Commission
• The last date for receiving suggestions/comments/objections on the Draft has been extended up to August 18, 2023.
• Stakeholders may forward their suggestions/comments/objections to Secretary, DERC either by post or through email to [email protected]
